Summary: Our family had a wonderful time! Our grandsons loved the pool and kayaking. A manatee and her baby stayed right behind the house. Great outdoor space. Loved the single story. Close to everything.

Summary: This property would have typically garnered an all 5-star rating from us. However, the listing pictures give a deceptive view of the water view. Beware!!! When you make a very special trip to a beach area you are most importantly looking for views. Despite every picture showing very open views of the water and the mangroves, our view was blocked by 2 boats, one of which appeared to be at least 35 feet in length. Both boats were dry-docked on the property. This was most likely the very last trip away from home for my 84-year-old Mom and she was devistated with the poor view. She has limited mobility and simply stared at 2 boats for our long weekend. Every other aspect of the house was great. The kayak, paddle boards, bikes, etc were a great addition. Suggestion to the owners - remove the deceptive pictures of the boats or include a few pictures of dry-docked boats and give renters a "heads up" to their possible presence.

Summary: Four Islands Paradise once again did not disappoint us as this was our 2nd year staying at the property as old (60) college friend get together during the Final 4 weekend. We enjoyed the tranquility and relaxation of the pool and water view. The amenities in the house provided everything we needed to prepare our on meals during our 5 day stay. The house clean and provided all we needed for our stay. The host was responsive and available for any of our needs and check instructions were perfect. We can’t wait to book our stay again next year.

Summary: Five star property and five star experience! The property is beautiful and presented exactly as presented. Extremely quiet neighborhood and the rear view is amazing. This property offers everything you need regardless if you have a small group or a large family. Bedrooms and baths are large and the beds are very comfortable. Residence is well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The main area of the residence was great for entertaining with an amazing kitchen that opens into an extra large dining area and huge living room. The outside pool area and covered dining/seating patio was amazing, you really don’t need to be inside except to sleep. Property comes with a very nice pool/jacuzzi and grill to cook outside. Property also has a nice Tiki covered patio area waterside which allows for a nice quite relaxing time and an opportunity to see dolphins both in the morning and evening. Residence has two dish washers and two laundry units for larger parties! The commercial ice maker in the garage was great since we had a large family gathering. The bar area is very nice with a beverage cooler and separate ice maker. Finally, the management company was over the top nice and responsive, we had no issues during our stay but they bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable! We will definitely be back to stay again and without question highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Cocoa Beach area.

Summary: Start to finish it was hands down the easiest booking. Any question we had before going was answered within a couple of hours. Spot on description of the home and all the amenities, along with ideas of good places to eat and places to go see. Spent a lot of time in the pool. Defiantly don't be scared to use their kayak and paddle boards, where you launch right off their dock. Right time of the day you are right in there with the dauphins & manatees so close you could touch them, but don't because it's state law. Kids loved this. Also put on a lot of miles using the bikes. Thank you for opening your home to us. 5 stars without a doubt.

Summary: Four Islands Paradise property was simply amazing even better in person than advertised. It truly is paradise and the owner has sparred no expenses as the house well equipped with top notch amenities to include all appliances, kitchen supplies, pool and spa, grill, fishing rods, and beach supplies. All the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing even well equipped with supplies. The patio area near the pool provided an amazing view of the water with available fishing from the boat docking area. It was 6 55 and older college friends on our annual NCAA Final Four trip enjoying some relaxation away from work and the property was so great we barely left the house during our 5 days in Cocoa Beach. We are ready to book for next year and highly recommend Four Islands Paradise. Also the local host was awesome too, very welcoming and responsive to any questions or needs. Thank Jeanne
